The first thing to know is that any surfaced lens is a product of its hardware, a lens generator, and its software. And the reality is that in 2025, there is no meaningful propirietary technology in either one. Most all modern labs use similar machines and software. 

Our edge is in understanding the intracacies of the software. In short, any progressive design is at heart an algorithm. Our software can pull data from another design, make adjustments based on usage, and/or make a completely custom-made lens. We call this design system LensConnect. 

Absolutely. Our state of the art lens generators can produce a huge array of well-known designs from longstanding brands, the same as other labs. We refer to these as "branded" designs, as the trademarks associated with using them necessitate a higher cost. 

We also offer "generic" versions of these designs, similar to how branded medications work. These are functionally equivalent, or more so, as they allow for more modifications based on patient usage. These can be produced in the same machines at much lower cost.

Every in-house job we produce are warranted for the life of the prescription. Two doctor remakes are also covered, free of charge for 60 days. To stand behind our quality even more, we also full refunds on all of the same work. For branded lenses, we defer to the respective warranties of the company.
